maison à vendre Pierrefonds, Oise

Located in a charming village in Chelles, in the Oise, I offer you this beautiful, authentic, and charming longère. Only 1h30 from Paris and about twenty minutes from Compiègne, you will discover a calm and pleasant environment, surrounded by a green setting. This old longère dating from the 1800s will seduce you with its old materials (beams, stones, terracotta tiles) and its beautiful spaces. It is its atypical side that will cause a real coup de cœur. On the ground floor, you will find an entrance with storage, a beautiful kitchen with terracotta tiles and a dining area, a dining room with an open fireplace and a warm living room with its open fireplace and a beautiful ceiling height. Upstairs: a large mezzanine that can be used as a library corner, living room or playroom, two beautiful bedrooms, a dressing room and a large bathroom with toilets. On the garden level: two beautiful rooms that can be converted into a master suite. This house offers many layout options where everyone has their own space. A beautiful flat and wooded garden of 1000 m² completes this property, as well as an outbuilding in the garden and a cellar. The house has benefited from renovations allowing it today to have interesting diagnostics, such as the roof dating from 2013, the joinery from 2020, and the boiler from 2019. A visit is essential!
